Our function room rentals are open to the public for all occasions and special events.
THE KENNEDY ROOM & LOUNGE
The ideal space for smaller parties up to 40 people.
For smaller, more intimate parties, the cozy Kennedy Room & Lounge comfortably holds up to 40 people. It is equipped with a fully stocked bar with comfortable seating, cable TV, Wi-Fi, cocktail tables, and booths.
The rental fee is $400 for a minimum 4-hour function. (Not to exceed 11:00 p.m.)
Rental fees also include a bartender, which is mandatory, even if it is an alcohol-free function. You may bring in a Serve Safe approved caterer of your choice or use our local caterer.
■ A $100 deposit is required to reserve the Lounge, with the balance due 21 days before the start of your event.
■ In addition, a Cleaning Charge deposit of $200 is required for clean-up and potential damage to the facility. This deposit is refundable if you leave the hall clean and in the condition you found it.
■ We now accept debit and credit cards at the bar as well as for deposits.

All security deposits will be returned within 48 hours, providing no damage to our facilities has occurred.
